Finance Manager - Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries

The Finance Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of all financial aspects of the library district, including financial reports, budget management, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and cash flow. This position prepares all financial statements, and interfaces with all departments. As a member of the Executive Director’s team, the Finance Manager helps ensure that the Finance and Accounting Department is an integral part of organizational decision making processes and supports the Districts’ strategic plan. The Finance Manager serves as the primary point of contact with the State Auditor, county treasurers and any vendors that interface with the software for this department. This position supervises the Finance Coordinator, the Payroll Specialist and the Accounting Specialist.
