Successful Internal Communications
The ability to communicate effectively within an organization can mean the difference between a business succeeding or failing. Communication skills are required for all professionals, but clear and concise communication among co-workers, departments and vendors is essential to not only keep deliverables on task, but to create a strong sense of unity.
In this presentation, Oregon & SW Washington’s Association of Financial Professionals will learn tips to be better communicators, as well as how to be better listeners. Attendees will come away with an understanding of:
- The best medium to communicate messages
- How to tailor messages to target audiences/teams
- How to have a clear call to action
- The appropriate delivery tone
Attendees will also get an opportunity to put these tips into practice through scenario training and giving everyone hands-on experience.
