Anton Suphal
Head, Product Strategy
Banks, Brokers & Exchanges, RBC Investor & Treasury Services
As Head, Product Strategy in RBC’s Banks, Brokers & Exchanges group, Anton leads RBC's Global Transaction Banking Product Strategy Team and is responsible for the development and implementation of product delivery and strategy to drive RBC’s transaction banking business.
In his role, Anton formulates value-added solutions for regional bank, global financial institution and broker-dealer segments. He leads strategic activities to address disruptive market changes, major industry initiatives and new technologies and innovations. Prior to joining RBC Investor & Treasury Services, Anton held numerous roles within RBC Capital Markets, RBC Royal Bank and domestic and international positions with the Government of Canada.
Anton holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Ivey Business School, an MA in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo and a MBA from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business.
Michelle Fedorovsky
Associate, Product Strategy
Banks, Brokers & Exchanges, RBC Investor & Treasury Services
As an Associate on the Product Strategy team in RBC’s Banks, Brokers & Exchanges group, Michelle is involved with various strategic initiatives supporting RBC’s transaction banking business. In her role, Michelle queries and analyzes data to address data inquiries, conducts market research to understand RBC’s position in the market, and supports RBC’s preparation for the ISO 20022 migration.
Prior to joining this role, Michelle was part of the RBC Investor & Treasury Services Graduate Rotational Program, and completed rotations in Operations, Product and Profitability and Business Intelligence teams.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration undergraduate degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
