The cannabis industry continues to evolve at a furious pace driving paradigm shifts with financial and regulatory stakeholders. This presentation will focus on the growth of the legal cannabis industry, evolving federal and state regulation, and the impact of federal banking restrictions on cannabis finance.

Jeff Mazer is CFO of Wyld, the largest cannabis edibles company in the US. Jeff is a senior-level finance expert and lawyer who leverages his multidisciplinary background to provide financial leadership for companies where regulation is a key industry consideration. Having held senior management positions at major corporations and practiced law at leading law firms, Jeff has special expertise in situations where a broad perspective on finance and law is required.
Prior to joining Wyld, Jeff led teams of financial, investment and legal professionals at major financial institutions such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Allstate Insurance Company. He was also part of an integrated treasury management and investment sales advisory team working with growth and late-stage technology companies at Silicon Valley Bank. Jeff’s legal training was in corporate and securities law at nationally recognized law firms including Shearman and Sterling, Hogan Lovells and Akin Gump.
