City Treasurer - Jennifer Cooperman, MBA, CPFO
Jennifer manages the Treasury Division of the Bureau of Revenue and Financial Services for the City of Portland. Treasury delivers centralized banking, cash management, merchant, and investment portfolio services to all City bureaus. She chairs GFOA’s Treasury and Investment Management Committee. Prior to her work at the City of Portland, she held various finance and management positions with the State of New York and in the private financial services industry.
Jennifer has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB from Brown University and earned her CPFO in 2015.
