A Roundtable Discussion lead by David Wilcox, MBA, CTP

David Wilcox is a Partner at Schmidt & Associates, a CPA firm in Beaverton, as well as acting Fiscal Manager at Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives.  He has worked for over 20 years in accounting and finance for small organizations that have become large and now works with a number of small organizations that are becoming large in his role at the CPA firm.  Over the course of his career, he has seen that, while interest rates and key leading and lagging economic indicators are generally followed by larger companies and actors in the stock market, they have become increasingly useful in providing strategic guidance to small companies at critical decision points.
