Mark Moreland - CFO, Craft Brew Alliance

Mark has served as Craft Brew Alliance's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since August 2008 and prior to that was the Company's Chief Accounting Officer.  From April 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Widmer Brothers Brewing Company. 

 

Prior to joining WBBC, Mark was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Knowledge Learning Corporation as well as Interim CFO of Movie Gallery, Inc., which operated the Movie Gallery and Hollywood Entertainment video rental chains.

 

Mark will share with us the exciting Craft Brewer's Alliance story, and discuss successes as well as challenges related to the merger between Redhook Ale Brewery and Widmer Brothers Brewing Company. 

 

About the Craft Brew Alliance:

On January 12th, 2012 the Craft Brewer's Alliance changed their name to Craft Brew Alliance.  Craft Brew Alliance owns Redhook, Widmer Brothers, and Kona Brewing Company.  Craft Brewer's Alliance was formed July 1, 2008 with a merger between Redhook and Widmer.  They later acquired Kona Brewing Company on October 1, 2010.  Widmer Brothers Brewing Company was founded in 1984 in Portland, Oregon by brothers Kurt and Robert Widmer.  Today it is the 9th largest brewing company in the US as a part of the Craft Brew Alliance.
